Governor Perdue Announces Certified Work Ready Facilities; Power Partners Is One of 29 Georgia Companies Qualifying for Workforce Training Funds
Power Partners is one of 29 companies selected to receive funds from the State of Georgia to become Certified Work Ready facilities. Power Partners will use its grant award to cover costs associated with testing prospective employees to determine if they have the needed skill competencies, developing skill requirement profiles for Power Partners' new products, certifying selected company professionals in TWI (the Training Within Industry methodology fundamental to the famous Toyota Production Systems), and training company trainers in TWI.
